Received a Damaged item?
We meticulous package our products, but sometimes, accidents happen in transit. If your product arrives with defects or physical damage ( we're not talking about a dental box but the product itself), please report it within 72hours of delivery. Send a snapshot of the damage to deras94@outlook.com.au, and we''ll assess if you qualify for a free replacement. Sorry, we can't cover damages from regular use, wear and tear, or well, 5deras disasters.
About Shipping and Delivery, We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but sometimes things go awry in transit- whether due to courier mishaps, customs hold-ups, or other shipping snafus. For any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for packages that gel lost, plifered, or delayed.
